Auto Show

Spencer's class did their auto show presentations and car races yesterday. Boy, was I impressed. They spent several weeks studying about electricity and other things to prepare for the big day. Each group (of five students) designed and built (we're talking engine, lights, and all) their own cars. And then they organized a presentation, complete with brochures, to market them. The goal of each group was to convince you to buy their car. These things were pretty impressive too. Many of them got 50-100 mpg. Some had swimming pools on top, some could fly... So needless to say, Charlie, Lucy, and I learned a lot and had a great time listening to the presentations and watching the races. Way to go Spencer! And way to go Spencer's awesome teachers!
