Does this girl seem excited to be all decked out in costume or what? She especially liked the bright red lipstic and kept saying, "I'm Ariel, and I'm beautiful."
The night of the performance, we had a huge thunder,lightning,rain storm. I dropped Charlie and Lucy off in front of the building, so he could keep her from getting completely wet. And, then I prayed I wouldn't get hit by lightning on the way in- it was so close.
Lucy seemed like she was right in her element on stage. She did a great job remembering her routine and smiled up a storm. No stage fright. The boys all seemed to enjoy the show as well.
For dinner, we had homemade pizza and rootbeer. A great way to start the weekend.
